The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                 
at the request of Representative Meyer, Co-chair:                                                   
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 124                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the collection of, and the use of reasonable                               
     force to collect, a deoxyribonucleic acid sample from persons                                  
     convicted of or adjudicated delinquent for certain crimes."                                    
                                                                                                    
HB 124 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                   
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
